Refund policy

Returns:

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order send us an email and we will start the return process. Items must be in new (and unopened if sealed packaging) condition. Returns must be mailed or delivered at customer's expense. Once we receive your item(s) we will refund you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return brings you below the minimum to qualify for it now, we will deduct the shipping charge from your refund. All refunds and order cancellations are subject to a 3% transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that some items are final sale or refund by shop credit only. These will be listed in the product description.

Incorrect address and unclaimed/refused packages:

We ship orders to the address provided during check out. If your package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, order not picked up at shipment pick-up location, or a package is refused, we will contact you and let you know. In this case, you will be charged the actual shipping cost (the charge from the shipping company) for a second attempt to ship to you. If you prefer to cancel your order at this time you will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost paid by us to the shipping company, as well as a 10% transaction fee. 

Orders lost in the mail due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.
